At Slí Nua Careers, we believe that career progression is built on authentic human experience. Our career coaching, CV writing, and application support services are dedicated to helping clients extract, organize, and articulate their genuine achievements. We do not engage in “ghostwriting,” fabrication, or the automated generation of career histories. Every document produced under our guidance is a true, human-validated representation of the client’s professional journey.

 

In accordance with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (including the Article 50 Transparency and AI Literacy Obligations effective from August 2026) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Slí Nua Careers operates a transparent, “Human-in-the-Loop” operational structure:

    • AI as an Operational Utility (Co-Pilot, Not Creator): We do not use Generative AI to fabricate client content. Where our coaches utilize internal proprietary tools (such as our custom BERT knowledge engine), they do so strictly for structural analysis, standardizing format structures, translating raw technical criteria, and proofreading.

    • Absolute Human Oversight: Every single sentence, bullet point, and metric in our delivered work is actively evaluated, refined, and hand-edited by a qualified human career coach. We do not deliver raw, unedited, or automated AI outputs.

    • AI Literacy & Training: In compliance with Article 4 of the EU AI Act, all Slí Nua Careers coaches undergo mandatory training regarding AI tools, limitations, and bias mitigation to ensure ethical application.

We treat your personal and professional data with absolute confidentiality:

  • No personally identifiable information (PII)—including names, physical addresses, specific employer names, or sensitive project codes—is ever processed through or shared with third-party generative AI models.

  • We do not use client data to train public machine-learning models.

  • All client inputs are processed strictly for the immediate delivery of your purchased service, in full compliance with Irish and EU data protection laws.

 

  • Hiring Board Decisions: Slí Nua Careers provides expert coaching, structuring, and alignment advice. Final shortlisting, grading, and hiring decisions rest entirely with the independent evaluation panels of the respective local authorities, councils, or employers. We guarantee high-quality preparation, but we do not guarantee employment outcomes.

  • Unreliable AI Detection Software: Third-party AI detectors are notoriously unreliable and prone to false-positive readings, particularly on highly structured, formal, or technical applications (such as engineering or local government submissions). Slí Nua Careers holds no liability for inaccurate assessments generated by third-party detection software.

At Slí Nua Studio, we believe that meaningful change happens through co-production and co-design, by working with people rather than designing for them. Our practice is rooted in human-centred and regenerative principles, guided by ethics, empathy, affordability, and inclusion. We understand vulnerability not as a personal condition, but as isolation: the inability to access opportunities, spaces, or collective life within one’s own geography. The Studio therefore operates as a living system rather than a set of silos, where learning, creativity, civic engagement, and economic activity support one another. We trust in human potential and in the capacity of people to collaborate, mediate, and care collectively for shared resources. At Slí Nua, art and creativity are not reserved for a few, they are rights, tools, and common ground through which communities can imagine, build, and sustain more just and regenerative futures.
