SLÍ NUA

CUSTOMER CHARTER

Slí Nua is a regenerative development social practice supporting people and organisations. We deliver our services through four interconnected programmes : Slí Nua Careers, Slí Nua Creative, Slí Nua Journeys, and Slí Nua Innovation,  each adapted to different needs, contexts, and stages. Whether you come to us for career coaching, organisational development, immersive learning, or human-centred systems design, our commitment to you remains the same: purposeful growth and ethical innovation, grounded in genuine care.

  • Through Slí Nua Careers, we offer career strategy and professional positioning, CV and portfolio development, LinkedIn optimisation, interview preparation, personal branding and confidence-building, and initial one-to-one consultations to help professionals move forward with clarity.
  • Through Slí Nua Creative, we support organisations with gap assessment and alignment, strategy workshops, leadership development, innovation programmes, cultural and stakeholder engagement, collaborative decision-making processes, and team building.
  • Through Slí Nua Journeys, we design immersive learning experiences and retreats — guided programmes, facilitated dialogue, and experiential workshops that help people step outside their routine, reflect deeply, and turn learning into meaningful action.
  • Through Slí Nua Innovation, we design learning platforms and human-centred systems that make knowledge accessible and usable in real contexts, including knowledge products, explainer videos, serious games, and empathy-driven ethical AI tools.

All of our programmes are also supported by Slí Nua Studio, our shared creative space: a place for experimentation, collaboration, and real-world testing where careers, creativity, innovation, and community transformation meet.

We partner with each client, individual or organisation, to identify exact needs and agree a tailored programme of work. Rather than selling isolated products, we work through structured support packages, from one-off sessions to longer journeys and partnerships. Every engagement is bespoke: we listen, explore your context, and guide you to the right path. Clear pathways, flexible formats, human-centred delivery.

We are human-centred and culturally grounded,  always starting from who you are and where you stand. We are learning-driven and practical, turning insight into action that makes sense in real life. We are collaborative and ethical designing solutions with and for people, not just about them.

We are committed to providing a high quality, responsive service through a team of specialist coaches and practitioners who take responsibility for your care from the moment you engage us. You will be matched to the most appropriate professional for your needs, industry, or sector, and that person will maintain an outstanding level of care and support throughout your journey with us.

  • To respond quickly and efficiently to your enquiry and, where relevant, provide feedback (audio or written) along with a quotation based on our prevailing prices.
  • To provide clear, concise information on the steps involved in delivering our service, including any further information we may need from you.
  • To keep you informed of how your costs are accruing when work is agreed on a per-hour basis.
  • To always adhere to best practice in privacy and confidentiality: we will never record audio or video without your explicit permission; written data will be retained in live files for 7 days after completion before archiving; no coach or practitioner will knowingly advise another client competing for the same position as you and if such a conflict arises, we will immediately allocate an alternative professional; and no member of our team will discuss your details with another without your express permission.

Quality: We are totally committed to quality. All personnel are onboarded through a rigorous mentoring programme. In the case of our writing and career services, all client outputs are passed through a dedicated inspection process by qualified personnel as part of our Quality Assurance procedures.

Confidentiality: We observe strict adherence to confidentiality at all times, embedded across our company policies, staff training, coaching, mentoring, and all services.

Safeguarding: We observe a strict duty of care to all clients. Our safeguarding policies are embedded across the organisation, focused on ensuring the health and wellbeing of our practitioners and clients alike.

Complaints: We aim to provide the highest possible standards of service. We encourage clients to share their views through regular feedback and surveys. We take all complaints seriously and will do our best to resolve issues promptly.

  • You will ordinarily be informed of the cost, or estimated cost, before work commences. Standard work packages are charged at the unit rates published on our website at the time of engagement.
  • For time-based work, rates are as published and we will provide a time estimate before starting; we will not exceed the estimated time without your advance agreement. Contract work is charged at rates agreed at the time of engagement. Payment is normally made in advance. For per-hour jobs, we require a 50% deposit of the estimated cost before commencing. Contract work payment follows the terms of the quotation or contract.

What is the Power of “us”?

The Power of ‘us’ is the transformative force that emerges when people who might never have met – different backgrounds, stories, experiences – find common ground in shared place and purpose. From that encounter grows something new: new alliances, new identities, and new ways of making cities togetherdeeper than cooperation, stronger than individual effort.”

What is for me regeneration?

“Regeneration goes beyond sustainability. It is not enough to reduce harm: regeneration means leaving places better than when we found them. It is the practice of restoring and unlocking the potential that already lives within people, communities, and places. When we nurture that potential through connection and care, places don’t just endure, they evolve, thrive, and give back more life than they receive.”

At Slí Nua Studio, we believe that meaningful change happens through co-production and co-design, by working with people rather than designing for them. Our practice is rooted in human-centred and regenerative principles, guided by ethics, empathy, affordability, and inclusion. We understand vulnerability not as a personal condition, but as isolation: the inability to access opportunities, spaces, or collective life within one’s own geography. The Studio therefore operates as a living system rather than a set of silos, where learning, creativity, civic engagement, and economic activity support one another. We trust in human potential and in the capacity of people to collaborate, mediate, and care collectively for shared resources. At Slí Nua, art and creativity are not reserved for a few, they are rights, tools, and common ground through which communities can imagine, build, and sustain more just and regenerative futures.

Slí Nua’s DNA lies in a catalytic integration of regenerative tools, social engineering, urban living lab methodologies, and co-production practices, enabling the translation of theory into situated action and lived spatial transformation.
